*i am back up and running!! after several long tech conversations with Apple, i am back!*
bean: i wish i could be a cowgirl
me: maybe you can be one for halloween
bean: yah
me: we will talk to grandma about making you a costume
bean: yah! and emily can be a horse
and a few days later…
bean: mom, i wish i were a hotdog.
me: what do you mean?
bean: for halloween.
bean: i wish i lived in a tree
me: yah, that would be cool
bean: but how would i get down?
me: we can have daddy build you a ladder
bean: out of legos?
me: sure, out of legos
bean to my mom a couple days after our house was broken into: grandma our house was destroyed
me: it is only destroyed because mommy needs to do the dishes, put away the laundry, pick up toys
at the dinner table…
bean: (what i thought she said) how have you been, mama?
me: i’ve been good. how have you been?
bean: no mama. i said eat your bread, mama.
