ok, i know i haven’t posted any easter photos yet, but i do have some mother’s day photos ready to share.
that’s the way i roll…not in order, a bit sporadic, whatever floats my boat.
we hosted at our home and while we always have a potluck and we always enjoy yummy dishes, i thought it would be fun if everyone brought a new dish, a new recipe.
it created quite the buzz and i think everyone had fun hunting for the perfect recipe.
looking back, i really wish i would have taken photos of all the dishes, copied the recipes and created a recipe book. note to self: do that next time! lol.
apps: Baked Spinach Dip Mini Bread Bowls and Crab Crustinis
entree: beef, chicken and vegetable kabobs
sides: corn salad, asian pasta salad, bacon wrapped asparagus, creamy-n-cheesey potatoes
desserts: strawberry royale and carrot-n-oj-n-coconut cake
everything was scrumptious and we had a good time talking about the food and recipes. we will definitely do this again!
i quickly set up a photo booth in my garage like i did for emmy’s winter wonderland party.
i was able to get everyone…some went off to the park, emmy was napping…some ran and hid once my camera came out! lol
