my brother and family came over this past weekend for a bbq along with my mom and her boyfriend.
it was quite warm so zack set up a fun water play area out back under a pop up tent for the kiddos.
logan loved exploring the backyard and playing with all the toys. it was so cute seeing him hit the ball off the t and then drop the bat and run around the bases. his little arms pumping as fast as they could.
i was proud of emily for sharing so nicely and bean was so nurturing, leading him around by the hand.
zack manned the grill and dinner was delish.
my contribution was a new salad from pinterest, of course!
Cranberry Avocado Salad with spiced candied pecans and white balsamic vinaigrette.
after dinner we sat outside some more enjoying the warm summer evening and chit chat.
this is what it is all about!
i love days like this.
