52 fridays | week 41 | shadows

livermore photographer the other afternoon i took the kids to a local park area along with my Lensbaby.
my goal was to capture some really cool shadow photos…but i wasn’t feeling it.
until the girls grabbed for each other’s hand.
after my heart melted, i asked them to lean in and kiss.
i had to shoot fast because Emmy wasn’t feeling the love any longer.

these days there seems to be more fighting between the 2 than love.
but when a sweet moment of play or a tender sister act occurs, my heart melts.

and i start snapping away because i am not sure when another will happen. lol

i look forward to the day when they really understand that they are each other’s #1 Fans, Biggest Supporter, Loyal Confidant, BFF, and Secret Keeper.

They are so cute. I have one sister that is two years older than me and one that is five years younger. Growing up, me and my older sister was close, but my little sister was kind of a tattle tale. LOL Now that we’re all older, it’s better :)
